Press the Print Application button to print our application. We charge a $35 fee
to cover the cost of the credit report. In addition to the credit report, we contact
your current employer and landlord as part of our application procedure. Our goal
is to complete the application process in 24 hours. Once approved, the apartment
is considered rented upon receipt of the lease and deposit.
